XWL Friday Night Live

Feb. 26, 1999

We're live with hosts Mark Weight and Michael Hawk. Got a great show which will start off with a bang. Video recap of Serpent/Zohar feud.

Zohar vs. Serpent
--No DQ, falls count anywhere death match--

Serpent runs in and the fist fight is on. They trade blow for blow. Serpent tosses Zohar outside. Serpent clotheslines Zohar over the guardrail. The fight goes through the fans and out into the lobby area. Trash cans and lids are used as weapons. Zohar's face is smashed through a window and he is a bloody mess. They fight toward a pizza cart stand. Serpent is slammed on a countertop. The fight goes out the front door.

They fight to a parking lot. Suddenly, behind them, one car barrels toward an oncoming car. A horn blares and they crash head-on!

The match stops and the announcers are in shock. A man runs away from the wreck.

Shock

Back, Serpent and Zohar are trying to open one of the doors, but cannot. The cars are a mess. Announcers say they have learned Coldblooded is trapped inside and police have been called to cut Coldblooded out.

Still shocked

Back again, we're at the broadcast position. Mark Weight says out of respect to his family, they will not continue to show the wreckage out front. They don't know how seriously Coldblooded is injured. The will try to get an update on his condition before the end of the show.

D.J. Torrid vs. Magnus Murray Head

Murray shows his vicious side. He gorilla press slams DJ to the third row. Back in the ring, he nails a headcrusher. Murray gets the pin.

Accusations

Dr. McMann is in the back with Kevin Mash in his locker room.

Mash: ''I asked for a little time tonight because I've just received some horrible information. Last Tuesday, there was a match held between Crowbar and Kevin Block. I just learned Kevin Block announced his retirement on our Internet site. You know what I just found out also? I looked back at that match and thought something was up. I just got off the phone with a very reliable source who told me John Leary gave Crowbar the order to put Kevin Block out of action to get rid of his contract.''

McMann is shocked.

Mash: ''What? Hey, you're the journalist. I just gave you a huge tip. Go to the man and ask him why he sent Crowbar to destroy the man who gave it all for this sport. Ask John Leary why he sold out his former best friend in the world. All the wrestlers better watch out. A dictator runs this company, and if he wants to eliminate you, he will.''

The door crashes open and Bram Corbett runs in. He is swinging a chain and knocks out the camera.

Yes, still shocked

Back to Mark Weight and Michael Hawk who say they are in shock at tonight's events. Recap the car crash. They say Coldblooded was rushed to a local hospital. He has several bruises and cuts on his face and head and was complaining of back and leg pain.

Recap of Kevin Mash minutes ago. Say they are trying to find out what happened back there.

Dr. McMann joins the position. He says 911 has been called again because Bram Corbett went nuts. McMann says Corbett whipped and choked Mash with the chain. Said Mash was a bloody and bruised mess and the medics are with him now.

Adrian Lucas vs. Victor Slaughter vs. Heat Seeker

Announcers apologize for not giving their full attention to the match, which is a great one. Slaughter and Heat team up on Lucas in the corner, but Heat turns on Slaughter and puts him in the sharpshooter. Lucas boots Heat in the face and throws him outside. Slaughter powersiams Lucas, but he kicks out. Lucas roadkills Slaughter, but Heat saves and puts Lucas in the sharpshooter.

Lights flicker and go out.

Chair shot.

...

Lights on.

Serpent stands in the ring holding a chair over a fallen Slaughter. Serpent tosses the chair to Heat. Heat nails Lucas. Crusher runs down and takes his title from the ring announcer. When he gets back to the aisle, the Death Stalkers are blocking the exit.

Lights out.

...

Lights on.

Kobra's Lair stand behind the Death Stalkers. A huge brawl breaks out outside and we're out of time.
