Writer: Leary

Trey VincentEGO

A clip of Sean Studd’s trademark *WINK*.

EGO

Trey Vincent flashed his trademark cocky grin.

They made mayhem together...

“We've gotten through all the bullshit backstage in every federation, and we managed to still fight through and find jobs,” came the voiceover of Sean Studd as still photos were flashed onscreen of Team EGO from their days in the Pinnacle of Insane Wrestling from late 2002 and X-Wrestling from the spring of 2003, looking like brothers. “We've made a lot of enemies together.”

“We’re EXTREME...” Trey Vincent’s voice boomed.

Various shots of EGO past flashed by. Clips of Team EGO messing with some jobbers trying to get jobs with PIW. Clips of EGO dressed up to mock Ray Chavez and Chris Mezz.

“We’re GORGEOUS,” Studd’s voice belted out.

Clips of EGO as professors during “TUFF ENUFF~!” flashed, followed by clips of Vincent and Studd mugging for the crowd in the ring, getting cheered by all the PIW marks. Clips of Studd and Vincent partying, drinking and dancing with various women then flashed by.

“And let’s face it, we’re OUTLAWS!” Vincent’s voice boomed again.

Clips of Vincent and Studd’s infamous Fan Appreciation Night from PIW flashed by.

November 10, 2003

The second half of “We Will Rock You (Remix)” by DJ Hurricane, featuring Scott Weiland, began playing in the background. This tune was the former team entrance music of Team EGO.

“I didn’t come to the WWC to be mediocre,” Vincent said in a clip as various shots from the main event of the WWC’s first show flashed by, beginning with Vincent’s bitch slap of Brandon Ramos. “Everyone says my ego is bigger than my success thus far.” Vincent hit a piledriver on Ramos. “My time is coming.” Trey hit a DDT on Ramos. “I can just feel it.” Vincent delivered a Glass Ceiling (pedigree) to Ramos. “Very soon, you're going to learn, that I don't only have an ego. I have the god damned talent to back it up!” The clip of Vincent hitting the Big Time Fist Drop to end the first WWC main event was shown.

From next week’s Menace, several quick clips were shown of Vincent surrounded by, and holding, various title belts as he is heard to say “it is about damned time that Trey Vincent became what he is supposed to be. A champion. A WORLD CHAMPION. This is going to be my fed one day.” Vincent was shown scaling the rope and motioned around his waist…yelling at the fans…

”You all know who deserves that belt. There is NO Main Eventer like Trey Vincent, baby…NONE compare!”

“We Will Rock You” squealed to a halt. Vincent was suddenly being stared down WWC’s boss, Paul Levine. “Everyone have had to deal with your bullshit ego. Maybe that flew in jOlt. And maybe that flew in PIW. Hell, maybe XW even accepted this. But let me tell you something right now; that crap doesn't fly in MY company. I'm going to give you a taste of your own medicine. I'm going to put you up against one of the biggest EGOs alive. I'm goin to put you against someone who INVENTED the word EGO and made it famous backstage...”

A man stepped out from a limousine and slowly removed his sunglasses as Robbie Ravnos shouted out “You’re Greg Davis!”

EGO Greg Davis

“We Will Rock You” squealed back into life as Vincent roared out 'This is MY fucking show!' A shot of Davis’ face was shown — completely covered with blood — as Vincent smiled above him with a black aluminum baseball bat. “Hey Levine. Surprise!”

A huge explosion from the ringposts surprised Trey Vincent in the next clip, as “Paradise City” replaced “We Will Rock You” in the background of the hype video.

Sean Studd is in the WWC~!

“The moment, and I mean the moment, that Team EGO stopped in its tracks...I just saw your career go lower and lower and lower,” Studd told Vincent in the clip from his shocking return November 24. “Levine knows who had the bigger ego than you...and he came to the right place...the Amazon of Athletesism, the Lover of Ladies, the Meaning of Man, the Creator of Charisma and the Definition of Devastation...

“Sean...Studd, baby!”

*SNATCH*

Vincent grabbed the microphone and as the two men stared each other down, some of Vincent’s rebuttal was heard. “For all the things you claim to have done as part of Team EGO, I was the man behind EVERYTHING. I was the one who pissed off the entire business. And you clung to me like a little bitch.”

*SNATCH*

“The moment I came into the picture, that's when the headlines began. That's when Team EGO became a tag team that no one would ever fucking forget,” Studd rebutted, as clips showed Vincent and Studd glaring at each other with pure venom in their eyes. “I've heard the complaints about how Trey Vincent is the biggest prick to work with...so who better for you to work with...with the biggest prick of them all?' Studd said with a huge face reaction from the crowd that followed.

EGO vs. EGO

“You've been paired up with a man who has more talent than you...in and out of the ring...just ask your sister Trey, she'll know what I mean....she out of that wheelchair yet?”

“We Will Rock You (Remix)” kicks in from the beginning as several clips from Studd’s infamous segment involving Studd and Vincent’s sister. Then cut to clips from Vincent’s retaliation segment with Studd’s mom. Vincent hitting her in the skull with a microphone. Clips of Studd and Vincent jaw-jacking with each other. The clips are all thrown together, involving shots of the cheering crowds and both men mugging for the camera and enjoying their favorite pastime: Speaking.

This was followed by clips from the Minio/Vincent vs. Osyrus/Studd tag match, and the insane mayhem that resulted backstage involving both men destroying guard after guard with pipes all in an attempt to get at and destroy each other. The video ends with the chorus of “We Will Rock You” upon the snarling faces of both Sean Studd and Trey Vincent.

And it ends with the smiling face of Greg Davis, and Levine's voice booming…

'And say hello…to your special guest referee'
