Big Time Mistake
jOlt Intense 2.3
Eric Glasier smiled. As if a still shot. And continued to smile. Never moving. Then a voice began to speak.
"You're looking at one sorry, worthless collection of crap. A man who doesn't know the meaning of the word entertainment. But then again, he doesn't know the meaning of most words. I don't know if steroids have shrunken your mind as much as your balls, but whoever the hell you are, you have upset the millions of viewers. But more importantly...."
A bat smashes the head of the cardboard cut-out. The body tips over from the impact and the head disappeared from view. And Trey Vincent brightened everyone's day with an appearance. He turned to face the camera, wearing sunglasses and his latest "Sports Entertainment Icon" T-shirt, and smiled.
"You've pissed TV off. You have blemished the second season of TV. This is going to be the greatest, highest-rated, most successful TV season of all-time. And I get saddled with a little scrub named....something. Whoever the hell that cardboard cut-out is," he said pointing down at the decapitated cut-out of Eric Glasier.
"But cut-out, the man behind the cut-out, I want you to understand something. You're act is as thin as this cardboard. You've got about as much charisma as this cardboard. You are a one-dimensional curtain jerker, while I am 3-D with never-ending main event potential. As badly as you wanted to become a sports entertainer, you've succeeded. Now you're a bad sports entertainer. Congratulations."
Trey shook his head in disgust.
"There's only one person in the world like you, and Trey Vincent hates him. You're not gonna steal TV's spotlight. Understand this. The International Title belongs to TV. It's Trey Vincent's title. Then I will not only be every jOlt fans television champion, but I'll also be their International Champion. So watch your back.....whoever the hell you are."
Vincent raised the black aluminum bat, looked at it and stroked it before he relaxed the bat against the side of his head.
"Oh yeah, I have a match against Denton later. I'm not over-looking that sorry bastard either. TV just needed some air-time. jOlt needed my ratings. Gotta bring in the ladies. But there'll be more of me later. Stay tuned!"
