Sharc & Bait vs. Kayden Paulton & Fiend
Pressure Point 58
April 28, 2003
Starring: Kayden Paulton & Fiend
"Come to Daddy" by Aphex Twin began to play over the P.A. system and the fans turned their heads to see who it was. It was Fiend standing there on the stage looking around at them and bouncing his head from side to side.
Apparently he was using new music now.
He wore a Kayden Paulton shirt that said "You're Cool!"
He rolled his shoulders around in their sockets before he made his way down to the ring. He got half-way down the ramp, to a chorus of boos mind you, when the audience changed their mind and popped loudly.
Stepping out behind Fiend was his partner for the evening.
Kayden Paulton.
He smiled cheesily before he gave chase to catch up to his tag team partner. He patted Fiend on the back, who just seemed to ignore him.
Fiend stepped up the ring steps as Paulton slid under bottom rope, he climbed up standing on the second rope with his fists high in the air as Fiend mashed his right fist into an open left hand.
He stepped through the ropes and motioned for Kayden to begin the match with that evil grin of his. Kayden nodded, not wanting to disappoint the archetype of evil.
He waited in the corner, just to see if Sharc and his bitch tried to pull any tricks when they arrived.
The arena's lights became blood red. "Disciple" by Slayer raped the ear drums of the people as Sharc wandered out before the fans. They began to boo loudly as he stood there just staring at Fiend and Kayden. Bait joined him by his side and the pair began to walk down to the ring.
Fiend smirked and stepped out, standing on the apron in his corner. Sharc slid under the bottom rope as Bait stayed on the apron in her corner. Sharc threw a left hook that connected with Paulton's jaw and the bell said...
"DING! DING!"
Sharc whipped Paulton into the ropes straight off the bat, he leapt into the air and grounded the Silver Jet with a massive flying lariat. Paulton flipped in the air before he collided with the canvas.
Sharc waved to Fiend with a cheeky grin.
He pulled Paulton back onto his feet and whipped him into the corner, Paulton collided with his sternum hard against the turnbuckle. Sharc moved in for the kill and executed a dropkick to Paulton's lower back.
"Boo" said the fans.
Kayden's arms supported him as the top ropes were in his pits. Sharc lifted his legs and flipped him over the top rope, Kayden toppled down head first onto the ring steps.
Fiend made a motion to enter the ring, but the referee was quick to cut him off as he stepped through. He was caught between the top and middle rope with the referee holding his arm to stop him from entering.
Sharc, however, slipped through the ropes to the outside where he decided that Kayden's lower back needed a ring step in it. So he picked it up and smashed it into Paulton's lower back.
Kayden dropped to his knees and Sharc pushed the steps through the back of his head for a hideous thud that echoed throughout the arena. Sharc rolled back into the ring, just to get the referee and Fiend's attention.
Bait dropped down off of the apron.
She strolled over to the fallen Kayden and stomped on his lower back and coxic bone. He rolled over trying to protect his spine when Bait mounted him across the chest. She began to pummel his face hard.
The referee was caught in an argument which resulted in Sharc punching Fiend in the face over the referee's shoulder and Fiend wanting to get in more than before. But, the referee managed to keep him on the apron.
Bait rolled the brittle Kayden back into the ring. Sharc made his way over to Kayden, tucked his head in his pit and drove it into the canvas with a snappy DDT. Kayden rolled over his head and flat onto his back, laying there trying to catch his breath.
Sharc covered...

NO! Kayden got his shoulder off of the canvas and the fans went wild. Sharc slugged him in the throat and covered again...

PINFALL BROKEN UP! Fiend took Sharc by the foot and yanked him clean off of Paulton. The fans didn't know whether to cheer or boo. They decided they would cheer Fiend.
Sharc got up and shoved Fiend, who went to shove him back but the referee got between them. Fiend rolled his shoulders in his socket, shook his head and exited to the apron.
The ex-PIW superstar pulled Kayden to his feet and punched him in the head. Kayden dropped to a knee. Sharc pulled back and planted another on his forehead. He swung for another one but Kayden blocked it and planted one of his own.
Sharc tried again but Kayden had no bar of it, he blocked and jabbed. And then he jabbed and punched and hooked and took Sharc by the hand and whipped him across the ring.
Paulton turned and bolted at the ropes himself, but he found Bait knee in his back as he hit the ropes and he dropped to his knees. Sharc, at full speed charged forward and booted the Silver Jet in the gut.
The fans booed.
Sharc dragged the fallen carcass of Paulton across to his corner where he tagged in his partner. Bait climbed through the ropes as Sharc placed Kayden in the sitting position on the top rope.
She climbed up onto the top rope, standing there using Kayden for balance, preparing what could only be predicted to be a hurricanrana. But Paulton managed to shove her from the top rope, and crashed down hard into the centre of the ring.
He got up onto his feet on the top rope and the fans went wild, he proceeded to pretend to sharpen his elbow and he went flying...
THE WRONG WAY!
Sharc shoved Kayden from the top rope and he flew to the outside, colliding with the guard rail with his chest. He toppled over and the fans gasped as he dropped over the edge into the crowd.
The blood lusting Sharc bounded to ringside and stepped over the rail, pulling Paulton onto his knees. He grabbed him by the scruff of the neck and slammed it forward, mashing it into the guard rail.
He caught him as he bounced back and slammed him forwards again, an eerie clang rang out as the fans shuddered at the thought of what could be happening to Kayden Paulton.
Toppling him back over the rail, Sharc rolled Paulton back into the ring where Bait hit with a snap legdrop over his face, then pulled a leg up for the cover...

KICKOUT! The fans popped loudly as Kayden tried to rally to get back into the match, but Bait had other ideas.
She rolled him over onto his stomach, taking him by the ankles and pulling them upward, she then stood on his lower back and yanked hard. though not incredibly powerful, Bait's move had enough effect to cause harm to Paulton's lower spine some more.
He groaned in agony as he reached for the ropes. The referee checked on him as he tried to wriggle out of this rather ingenious submission move from Sharc's little girl. He never noticed Fiend enter the ring, nor did Sharc who had remained ringside to argue with a fan.
Fiend stepped across to Bait, pulled his fist back and faked a punch, which caused Bait to drop the hold and cover her face from what Fiend might do to her.
The fans all gasped, as they thought he was going to knock her out cold with that punch.
He dropped his fist by his side and grinned at her, she soon realised she'd been played a fool. She swung a punch and hit Fiend on the jaw but he didn't sell it. She threw another one but he caught her tiny fist in his hand with a grin.
He used her hand to spin her around, where Kayden Paulton had finally gotten to his feet. He put his boot into her midsection and then raised her high into the air, executing a very efficient vertical suplex.
The fans roared their approval as Kayden staggered around clutching his lower back, Fiend exited the ring and made his way around to his corner.
She bounced back up onto her feet and charged into Paulton rather blindly with rage, but she found herself travelling quickly through the air after a rather powerful hiptoss from Kayden Paulton.
She got up to find herself grounded by a running lariat. Paulton dropped to her side, lifted her up onto his knee and put her into a rather simple but effective backbreaker, pressing down hard. The fans cheered as writhed and wriggled in his grasp.
Sharc quickly stepped through the ropes, and began to charge in toward Kayden Paulton. He stood up with Bait still in his arms, and he threw her to Sharc with all his might, taking him by surprise rather.
He caught his valet but was quick enough to catch the next part of Kayden's plans. He charged forward and leapt into the air with a high cross body block. The fans roared their approval as Kayden made the double cover, pulling on Sharc's leg...

KICKOUT BY SHARC! The fans booed as Kayden knelt there looking at the pair, Sharc on his back and Bait laying across his chest. He smiled and shrugged, getting up onto his feet.
Kayden pulled Bait off of Sharc and rolled him out of the ring, he whipped her across the ring and hit her with a back elbow,. Bait fell to the canvas before bouncing back up, staggering around.
He put his boot into the midsection of Bait before he hit her with a swinging neckbreaker. The fans cheered as he picked her up and put her into standing position.
Pushing his knee into her guts, she doubled over, Kayden made his way to the ropes and bounced off them on his way back. He went for a scissor kick but got fresh air, landing on his ass.
Bait ducked out of the way, falling to hands and knees. She crawled across the ring toward her partner who leant over the top rope for the tag.
SLAP!
The tag was made. Kayden staggered across clutching his lower spine to get to Fiend for the tag, but Sharc got to him first, pulling him back into the reverse DDT position. But instead, Sharc performed a modified backbreaker before dropping back for the reverse DDT.
He wanted Kayden out of commission. Kayden wasn't moving much.
Sharc smiled at Fiend who was fuming he couldn't get in there to beat on Sharc legally. Bait just caught her breath in her corner.
He pulled the Silver Jet up onto his feet and whipped him into the ropes, when Paulton returned he drove his knee hard into his midsection, Paulton toppled over onto his already bruising coxic.
Sharc sat him up, holding onto his shoulders and he slammed downward, driving his knees into Kayden's lower back. The fans booed him and Fiend snarled ringside, slapping the top turnbuckle cover to get some support behind Kayden.
A sleeperhold was locked onto Kayden tightly, trying to choke the life out of Kayden.
"KAY-DEN! KAY-DEN! KAY-DEN!" chanted the fans in support.
Sharc was trying to keep him down, but Paulton managed to get up onto his feet. Sharc tried to keep him the hold, but Paulton made a nice reversal.
A reverse jawbreaker on Sharc.
The fans popped loudly as Sharc dropped to his knees.
Kayden leapt forward to try and tag the reaching hand of Fiend...
BUT, Sharc grabbed his ankle and reeled him back into the ring. The fans booed as he tried to drag Kayden into his corner, but Paulton had better ideas.
With his free foot, he booted Sharc in the jaw. The fans popped as he crawled across the ring quickly to get to his partner for the evening...
SLAP!
Cheer!
Fiend stepped through the ropes and across to Sharc who was on the canvas. He pulled him up onto his feet and pulled him into his grasp for a bear hug. Sharc writhed as Fiend pulled him in tight.
He wandered across to the corner where he drove Sharc into the top turnbuckle before releasing him. Fiend grabbed the top rope for leverage and leapt into the air, swinging in with a double knee to Sharc's sternum.
Fiend wandered out of the corner of the corner as Sharc slowly got to his feet clutching his abdomen. But Fiend wasn't finished in the corner, he charged in with a huge splash that jammed Sharc's back into the turnbuckles again.
As Fiend stepped out this time, Sharc fell out of the corner onto his face. He lay there for a second, only until Fiend took advantage of the situation.
He got him into the wheelbarrow position, he raised him in the air and slammed him onto the top turnbuckle hard before raising him again and pivoting 180 degrees, he sat down and executed a second wheelbarrow powerbomb, but he sat with this one.
The fans cheered as Sharc lay there, face first.
Fiend looked across the ring to see Kayden extremely excited in the corner. He grinned as he looked back down to the fallen Sharc. He stomped on his spine before he dragged him to their corner.
He pointed to Kayden as he looked around to the fans, they popped loudly and he held his hand out for Paulton to make the tag. The look on Kayden's face showed that he was honoured to help Fiend out.
SLAP!
RUAH~! was the sound that the crowd made.
As Paulton stepped through, Bait got in the ring and she charged forward toward Kayden Paulton. She came in with a lariat but Kayden was too quick for her. His dropkick found her chin quite easily.
She bounced to her feet and charged in again, only to find herself spinning through the air and then onto the canvas with a tilt-a-whirl slam from Kayden Paulton.
Sharc got to his feet as all this went on and he clotheslined Kayden from behind, laying him out on the canvas.
Fiend wasn't having a bar of this.
He charged in for the kill, he leapt into the air for a spear but Sharc dodged it and used his momentum to push him through the ropes. Fiend flew through the air and crashed head first into the guard rail.
Sharc and Bait decided it was time to double team Kayden Paulton. A double DDT drove his head hard into the canvas and the fans began to boo.
Sharc pulled him to his feet and whipped him across the ring and into him into the ropes, he and his partner prepared themselves for the double backdrop.
DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE!
The fans roared with approval as Kayden took them both out. Sharc got to his feet and charged at Kayden Paulton. Only to get clotheslined for his efforts.
Bait got to her feet to find a high angle superkick hit her right on the chin, knocking her over the top rope. Kayden threw his fists into the air.
Sharc punched him in the lower spine.
The fans cheered.
He turned to find himself face to face with Fiend. He threw a punch and Fiend blocked it. Fiend laid one hard on him. Sharc sent another his way, but Fiend again blocked it. Sharc gouged Fiend's eyes.
"BOO!" said the fans.
Sharc took Fiend by the hand and went to whip him into the ropes...
REVERSAL!
Sharc bounded across the ring and the fans got louder as they knew what was coming now.
THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT!
Sharc bounced up off the canvas with the force when the crowd roared with approval again...
Kayden flew from the top rope with a flying elbow drop which connected with Sharc's sternum. And he made the cover...

HE DID IT!
The fans popped loudly as Kayden bounced up onto his feet with his fists in the air. The referee took him by the wrist and took Fiend's wrist, raising both into the air.
The fans cheered with approval.
Kayden had worked hard to get the pinfall all match, but he was just happy he could get the win for Fiend. He looked across at the Archetype of Evil and grinned.
Paulton rushed across the ring and hugged Fiend for the second time tonight.
The fans roared with approval.
Fiend didn't appreciate it. He shoved the Silver Jet off of him, and Kayden looked confused.
They shared some words in the ring, Kayden explaining how proud of Fiend he was. He held his arms out as though he were going for a hug again.
Fiend knocked him out.
A massive right hook knocked the lights out of Kayden Paulton and the fans booed loudly. They began to throw trash into the ring and chant...
"FIEND SUCKS! FIEND SUCKS! FIEND SUCKS!" they cried with passion.
Fiend glared down at Kayden Paulton who was off in la-la-land. He glanced across to Sharc who laid spread eagle. His third glance went to Bait as she laid face down, ringside, clutching her jaw.
"Come to Daddy" by Aphex Twin began to play and he grinned at the fans who booed loudly.
He'd done his part for the night.
But there was no doubt this wasn't over and done with.
This had just started.
He rolled his shoulders in his sockets and pulled the shirt off of his back. The Kayden Paulton shirt.
He threw it down onto Kayden and made his way out of the ring, to the thousands of fans that booed him.
Fiend by name.
Fiend by nature.
Outcome: Paulton & Fiend via Pinfall
